Job Title: Professional Sports Coach Cricket | Football | Basketball | Shooting Location: Bihar || Jharkhand || Delhi - NCR Company: DBM SPORTS ACADEMY LLP [Its My Court] Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are inviting passionate and qualified Sports Coaches for Cricket, Football, Basketball, and Shooting to join our growing team. You will play a key role in developing student-athletes through structured sessions and data-driven progress tracking. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular coaching sessions tailored to different age and skill groups. Design structured training modules and sports curriculum. Monitor individual performance and provide regular feedback. Maintain discipline, enthusiasm, and safety during all training sessions. Use our academy app for attendance, progress reports, and player analytics. Mentor and motivate students to pursue competitive opportunities. Support academy events, tournaments, and seasonal camps. Participate in creating sports related content to be displayed on our website and app. Eligibility Criteria: Prior coaching experience in Cricket / Football / Basketball / Shooting . Certification from a recognized sports authority (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with school students and youth athletes.
