We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team at Spoon Theory. As a CDP (Chef de Partie) , you’ll take ownership of your section in the kitchen and contribute to delivering high-quality, consistent dishes to our guests. You'll work closely with our culinary lead and ensure every plate reflects our standards — whether it's a gourmet wrap, breakfast platter, or a trending café-style special. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook items as per the café menu (Continental, fusion, Indian café food) Maintain hygiene and kitchen cleanliness (FSSAI & café standards) Manage mise en place and daily prep Assist with new menu development and seasonal specials Guide junior kitchen staff (commis, helpers) as needed Control wastage and portion sizes Ensure timely service during rush hours Work closely with the café team for smooth service Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience. Passion for food plating, consistency, and modern café-style presentation.
