Role Overview: As a Qualified Business Lead Generator, your main responsibility will be to target specific accounts, engage with CXOs, understand their business needs, and qualify leads while booking meetings. Your communication skills, discipline, and internal motivation will play a crucial role in your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in first-level conversations with CXOs to prospect and qualify leads - Clearly articulate the value proposition of products or services to create interest and qualify leads - Build and maintain positive relationships with leads through regular follow-ups and communication - Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified opportunities for further development - Stay informed about product features, benefits, and updates to effectively communicate product value - Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system - Meet and exceed lead generation and conversion targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis - Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement Qualification Required: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to engage with CXOs and build relationships through first-level conversations - Proven experience in working in a target-driven environment - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset - Bachelors / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - 1-3 years experience with Corporate Event Management Companies in Delegate Acquisition or Sponsorship Roles - Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Please Note: No additional company details were included in the job description.,
