Role Overview: As a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong ALM background and expertise in CI/CD pipelines and enterprise DevOps tools, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing end-to-end DevOps solutions across enterprise platforms. Your responsibilities will include automating software lifecycle processes, optimizing infrastructure for scalability, evaluating and implementing DevOps tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring security best practices are followed. Key Responsibilities: - Architecture & Design: Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, cloud-native architectures, monitoring, logging, and observability solutions in alignment with enterprise standards and security best practices. - Automation & Scalability: Automate software lifecycle processes and optimize infrastructure, CI/CD, and operational workflows for high availability, performance, and cost efficiency. - Tooling & Best Practices: Evaluate, recommend, and implement best-in-class DevOps tools, frameworks, and platforms while staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in DevOps. - Collaboration & Mentoring: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure adherence to DevOps best practices, mentor junior DevOps engineers, and lead in enhancing their technical skills. - Continuous Improvement: Assess and enhance the performance, reliability, and security of the DevOps pipeline using data and metrics to drive improvements. - Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring proper automation and infrastructure-as-code practices. - Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualification Required: - 10+ years of DevOps experience with a focus on enterprise-level DevSecOps transformations. - Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud architectures. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle. - DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Solutions Expert, Kubernetes certifications) are beneficial. - Strong experience with CI/CD tools, infrastructure automation tools, containerization and orchestration tools, cloud platforms, version control systems, scripting languages, monitoring and observability tools, and security practices in DevOps. - Knowledge of SOC1, SOC 2, GDPR policies and Azure DevOps Certifications AZ-900, AZ-400.
