As a Specialist Customer Care Support at Barclays, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and executing operational tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Provide customer service through various communication channels like chat, email, and phone. - Resolve complex customer needs, requests, and inquiries effectively. - Collaborate with different teams in the bank to ensure alignment in customer care processes. - Identify areas for improvement, offer recommendations, and provide feedback to colleagues. - Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks and ensure operational efficiency. - Prepare reports and presentations on customer care performance for internal senior stakeholders. - Stay updated on industry trends to implement best practices for improving customer care efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in corporate and investment banking KYC. - Proven expertise in AML KYC, CDD, EDD, and financial crime. - Familiarity with KYC onboarding, Periodic reviews, and Refresh processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate options and make informed decisions. - Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers to address their needs effectively. In this role, you will not have people leadership responsibilities at this grade.
