Job Description

Data entry in business management systems and platforms, including updating Service Partner information, granting and removing access. Assist with drafting contract language, revising and updating Statements of Work (SOW). Draft and issue SOW Amendments when changes are necessary. Maintain Service Partner contract docket, including issuing SOWs, and processing suspensions, terminations and reinstatements of Master Service Agreements and SOWs. Engage client portfolios to ensure accurate maintenance and administration of contracts. Contact Service Partners by phone, fax or email to request documentation and answer general questions as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience drafting contracts preferred. Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with excellent follow-through. Experience with frequent contact with external and internal customers. Excellent interpersonal skills required. Ability to work with a high degree of independence and limited supervision. Must maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Must work well under pressure and have flexible scheduling as it pertains to occasional nights and weekends. Proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically a strong background with Outlook, Microsoft Word Excel is a must). Must be able to multi-task on various projects with the ability to change direction when required.
