Specialist Buyer

Role Overview: As a Specialist Buyer (Off Roll) based in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for leading and directing all activities of the purchasing process chain. This includes cooperating with specialist departments, negotiating pricing and terms & conditions, and proactively supporting internal customers. You will also play a vital role in developing and implementing commodity-related procurement strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead commodity-related procurement strategy through sourcing, partnering, and involving the business - Perform cost/price negotiations using cost/price analysis - Organize and direct activities in accordance with existing local market and Company Group rules and regulations - Issue frame contracts with vendors for items with repeated purchases - Utilize the purchasing network to achieve the best working results - Manage contractual and commercial issues of potential contracts in collaboration with finance and specialist departments - Define specific requirements of the commodity in coordination with specialist departments - Solicit and evaluate bids and quotations from suppliers, lead negotiations, and prepare recommendations for management - Investigate and analyze the local and international supplier market, conduct purchasing market analysis - Develop and coordinate supplier development, continuous supplier quality, and performance improvement - Ensure compliant documentation according to Company Group guidelines Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech - Experience: 8-10 years - Skills: Buyer, Indirect Buyer, General Purchase Please note that the contact details of the Recruiter for this position are shweta.gupta@huntingcube.com.,
