The Spec Analytics Intmd Analyst role is a developing professional position where you will tackle most problems independently with some flexibility to solve complex issues. By integrating in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices, you will contribute to the team's objectives within the sub function/job family. Your analytical thinking and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies will be essential. Attention to detail is crucial when making judgments and recommendations based on factual information. You will deal with variable issues that may have broader business impact and will need to apply professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Communication skills are vital to break down information systematically and effectively exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Your role will have a moderate but direct impact on the core activities of the business. The quality and timeliness of the service you provide will influence the effectiveness of your own team and other closely related teams. Responsibilities: - Work with large and complex data sets to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies - Identify and compile data sets using tools such as Python, Pyspark, HIVE, SQL to predict, improve, and measure key business outcomes - Document data requirements, data collection/processing/cleaning, and exploratory data analysis, potentially utilizing statistical models/algorithms and data visualization techniques - Specialize in Marketing, Risk, Digital fields - Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets Qualifications: - 4-6 years of Data Science experience - Proficiency in Model development, ML Ops Governance - In-depth understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning - AI, Gen AI skills preferred - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational, detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptive to a matrix work environment - Ability to build partnerships with cross-functional leaders Education: - Masters University degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field Please note that this job description offers a high-level overview of the work performed, and additional job-related duties may be assigned as needed.,
