Spec Analyst Digital Analytics

Role Overview: The Digital Business Analyst role at our company involves working with the Digital Enable and Servicing Analytics team within the DPA to identify points of friction in digital journeys, create actionable recommendations, and provide analytics support for digital engagement and usage. You will be analyzing customer level transactions to unlock opportunities for clients, focusing on improving digital and mobile usage, and increasing paperless enrollments. Key Responsibilities: - Perform deep dive analysis to identify points of friction in different digital journeys across web and app - Create actionable recommendations to improve digital journeys and drive higher digital engagement and revenues - Provide analytics support for the Digital Usage team - Conduct performance analytics and insight generation for digital engagement and usage - Analyze paperless enrollments and de-enrollments insights - Understand the performance of servicing communications Qualifications Required: - 6-9 years of experience in Analytics with a demonstrated track record of solving business problems through well-structured analysis - Strong programming skills in SAS and Python - Preference for experience with digital data and tools like Adobe Site Catalyst and Pointillist - Preference for candidates who have worked in or with Digital Business, Fintech, or ecommerce problems Additional Details: The Digital Business Analyst position requires a statistical mindset, proficiency in basic statistics and hypothesis testing, as well as excellent presentation skills for delivering insights to business stakeholders and senior management. You will need to have a client-centric approach to creating analytic solutions for business problems, work on complex analytic projects, and contribute to organizational initiatives in various areas including competency development and project management.
