Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled SFCC Backend Lead with 8+ years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in backend technologies and be capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role involves team collaboration, technical leadership, and integration of third-party services.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business functionality into well-defined technical user stories and development tasks.Lead backend development using SFRA, SFCC Script, Pipelines, Controllers, and REST APIs.Design and implement third-party integrations, including:Address, Shipping, and Tax validation servicesPayment Authorization systemsCRM and Order Management Systems (OMS)Conduct code reviews and enforce SFCC development best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, architects, QA, and project managers.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.Key Skills RequiredStrong hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) backend development.Proficiency in SFRA, ISML, JavaScript, Pipelines, and Controllers.Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.Deep understanding of eCommerce workflows and backend integration patterns.Experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce B2C Commerce Developer/Architect Certification.Experience with middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Skills: sfcc script,agile methodologies,isml,jira,salesforce commerce cloud (sfcc),javascript,pipelines,git,salesforce,controllers,sfra,jenkins,restful apis
