Had very bad experience dealing with this vendor. Lied to me on quality and performance of the massage chair. My advanced deposit is not refunded. Order was cancelled very next day before invoice was prepared. It was assured for 3 days that they will consider another machine. Be cautious to deal with such cheaters.

We have 4 equipments in our gym from Sparnod, each of them works well. And each of these items are fixed at the earliest whenever there has been any issue. The turn around time is 2-3 days Max which is good. They even replaced one of the machine when it had a minor issue. Happy customer in the end.
