YouTube Creator Outreach & Sales Specialist About the Role We’re looking for a driven, creator-savvy professional to onboard YouTube channels into our monetization and growth ecosystem. Your job is simple: identify quality creators, open conversations, build trust, and convert them into long-term partners. You’ll operate at the intersection of creator economy and digital monetization — helping creators improve their earnings and scale their online business. Responsibilities Identify YouTube creators that meet our criteria (subscribers, content quality, monetization history). Reach out via Instagram, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or other channels. Present our value proposition clearly and confidently. Provide educational guidance to creators on monetization uplift. Schedule calls or handoff qualified leads to internal onboarding team. Manage a pipeline of prospects, follow-ups, and conversions. Maintain CRM entries and communication logs. Stay updated on trends in the creator economy, digital monetization, MCN models and policy shifts. Build trust-based relationships with creators and agencies. Daily Tasks Outreach to 40–80 creators per day (DM/email/LinkedIn). Track conversations and follow-ups. Convert active leads into signed creators. Attend weekly performance meetings. Share insights on common creator pain points. Key Qualities We’re Looking For You genuinely understand the creator ecosystem. You’re confident speaking with influencers. You’re a problem-solver, not a script reader. You’re persistent without being spammy. You’re empathetic and business-smart at the same time. Required Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid negotiation instincts. Basic understanding of YouTube monetization. Familiarity with Instagram DMs, email sequences, and prospecting. CRM or lead management experience preferred. Ability to manage rejection and keep pipeline active. Nice to Have Prior experience onboarding creators, talent management, or digital agencies. Experience in MCNs, media partnerships, or brand sponsorships. Network in the influencer/creator community.
