Spare Parts - Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored spare parts solutions.
• Provide technical support and expert guidance on spare parts to clients, ensuring optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as logistics, engineering, and customer service to coordinate the timely delivery and availability of spare parts.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms to close sales effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports to support business planning and decision-making.
• Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and technical training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and promote products.

Qualifications and Skills:
