Role & responsibilities 1. Site Supervision:Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to the installation of pre-engineered buildings (PEB).Ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and safety standards.Inspect and monitor construction processes to maintain quality control.2. Project Coordination:Coordinate with the design and project management teams to ensure project specifications are met.Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth flow of materials and work progress.Schedule and monitor the progress of work, ensuring timelines are adhered to.3. Quality Control:Ensure that all materials used on-site comply with relevant quality standards and specifications.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards and PEB design requirements.Document and report any issues or deviations from the project scope.4. Health and Safety:Implement safety procedures and ensure that all workers comply with safety regulations.Conduct site safety audits and ensure hazard identification and risk mitigation.5. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and records of materials and labor used.Report regularly to project managers on project status, issues, and timelines.6. Problem Solving:Identify potential issues on-site and develop solutions to ensure smooth project execution.Provide technical support and troubleshoot any engineering challenges during construction. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.3-5 years of experience in PEB construction or similar roles.Strong knowledge of PEB structures, steel fabrication, and erection processes.Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of safety standards and construction regulations.Perks and benefits Paid Leaves.Paid Sick leaves.PF/ ESIC.Health Insurance
