Sourcing Manager - Real Estate (Channel Partner Sales)

Role Overview

We are a real estate mandate and Channel Partner activation firm helping developers in Pune increase their Channel Partner networks, Site Visits, and bookings.

We are hiring a Sourcing Manager to acquire, onboard, activate, and manage Channel Partners across multiple residential real estate projects in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with Channel Partners through company-generated enquiries, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct CP meetings, explain project offerings, and convince them to associate with our projects
• Onboard, activate, and manage CPs to generate buyer enquiries, Site Visits, and bookings
• Coordinate Site Visits with CPs, buyers, and project sales teams
• Be present at project sites during weekends, assist with buyer interactions, and support the closing team in converting Site Visits into bookings

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in real estate sourcing, Channel Partner management, or channel sales
• Strong relationship-building, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to onboard, motivate, and manage Channel Partners to generate business
• Experience coordinating Site Visits and assisting with on-site sales closures
• Good knowledge of Pune's real estate market; proficiency in Marathi and Hindi; willingness to work on-site during weekends

Ideal Candidate

We need a proactive, target-driven Sourcing Manager who can convert CP enquiries into productive partnerships, build strong relationships, and consistently drive Site Visits and bookings.

An existing CP database is an advantage, but not mandatory. What matters most is the ability to acquire, activate, and manage Channel Partners and support sales conversions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
