The ideal candidates should be comfortable dealing with multiple components, possess meticulous attention to detail, and be open to learning new technologies and systems. Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the product, design, and sales teams to comprehend user pain-points, brainstorm solutions, and propose recommendations. - Work within the JavaScript ecosystem, utilizing ES6/7, ReactJS, and Redux. Knowledge of React Hooks is an additional advantage. - Identify challenges related to performance and scalability, and offer technical solutions. - Advocate for the adoption of new open-source tools/frameworks, sharing knowledge with the engineering team. - Possess a proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. - Troubleshoot software issues and debug code errors.
