The Role: We're seeking a visionary technologist to join as Co-Founder & CTO, leading our technical strategy and building our founding engineering team. You'll have significant equity ownership and the opportunity to shape a product that impacts millions globally. Ideal Background: Fundraising history & previous exits experience preferred 8+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership roles Track record of architecting and scaling complex technology platforms Deep expertise in AI/ML, preferably with experience in fintech applications Strong background in cloud infrastructure and distributed systems Experience in building and leading high-performing engineering teams Core Responsibilities: Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap Build and lead the founding engineering team Architect scalable solutions using cutting-edge technologies Make key technical decisions that will shape our platform's future Work closely with the CEO to align technical strategy with business goals Drive innovation in AI-powered experiences Establish engineering culture, processes, and best practices Required Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their practical applications Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems Knowledge of security best practices and data privacy regulations Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and tools Leadership Qualities: Outstanding communication and team-building abilities Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into execution Strong product sense and user-centric mindset Proven ability to recruit and mentor top engineering talent Experience in agile methodologies and rapid iteration Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced startup environment What We Offer: Significant equity ownership (expect 20-30%) Opportunity to shape a billion-dollar market World-class team and advisory board Latest tools and technologies Remote-first culture with flexible work arrangements Requirements: Fundraising history & previous exits experience preferred Must be willing to commit full-time Ability to start within 1-2 months Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred) If you're passionate about fintech, technology, and building something transformative, we'd love to talk.
