Role Overview: As a Solution Consultant, your main responsibility will be to provide consulting services by designing and implementing software solutions for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Gather business process and technical requirements from key client stakeholders through requirements analysis - Apply basic best practice knowledge to design solutions with minimal oversight - Create documentation outlining solution requirements and deliver it with minimal oversight - Demonstrate configured solutions or prototypes to stakeholders - Design and build solutions while configuring application development tools - Test configured solutions, resolve any issues, and ensure proper functionality - Develop training materials, conduct training sessions for customers, and assist in migration of solutions to production environment - Transition key information to technical support team for continued customer support - Define and execute software upgrade plans, estimate design and configuration effort, and maintain project budget, scope, and timeline awareness - Participate in infrastructure discussions to define system infrastructure needs based on customer's technology landscape Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - Knowledge of scripting, system architecture, or relational databases (Java / JavaScript preferred) - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Strong communication skills with the ability to speak or write clearly and effectively - Excellent investigative skills to gather relevant information by asking probing questions - Organized and experienced in multitasking successfully - Good collaboration skills within the team and across different departments - Self-motivated with project management abilities and sound judgment - Willingness to travel, with an average of 30% annualized travel requirement, and possibly more based on unique customer circumstances (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
