Role Overview: As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to design and implement software solutions for customers. Your main objective will be to analyze requirements, design solutions, build and test solutions, conduct training sessions, and support customers throughout the migration process. Key Responsibilities: - Perform requirements analysis by gathering information about business processes and technical requirements from key client stakeholders - Design solutions applying basic best practice knowledge with minimum oversight from senior team members - Compose and deliver documentation outlining solution requirements with minimum oversight from senior team members - Demonstrate the configured solution or prototypes - Design and build solutions, including configuring application development tools - Test the configured solution to ensure proper functionality and resolve any issues promptly - Compose training materials and conduct training sessions for customers - Develop migration plans for the configured solution and support customers during the migration process - Transition key information to the technical support team for continued successful customer support - Define upgrade plans and execute software upgrades to newer versions - Participate in infrastructure conversations to define system infrastructure needs based on the customer's technology landscape - Estimate design and configuration effort based on approved requirements - Maintain awareness of project budget, scope, and timeline, and effectively communicate any issues with project managers and senior team members Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - Knowledge of scripting, system architecture, or relational databases (Java / JavaScript preferred) - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Good at investigating situations and asking probing questions to obtain relevant information - Organized with experience in multitasking - Excellent collaboration skills within the team and other areas - Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion - Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and escalate issues for guidance - Average travel requirement for this job is 30% annualized, with potential for more travel based on unique circumstances with customers (Note: No additional details of the company were mentioned in the job description.),
