As a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect & Development Lead, your role will involve driving the design, development, and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions. You will be the technical leader translating business requirements into well-architected solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities include: - **Solution Architecture & Design**: - Translate complex business requirements into robust and scalable Salesforce solutions. - Analyze user needs, document requirements, and develop detailed system plans. - Lead technical design sessions and create comprehensive solution documentation aligned with business objectives. - Apply Salesforce best practices to design optimal solutions and optimize business processes. - **Salesforce Development & Implementation**: - Implement Salesforce solutions following platform best practices. - Develop custom solutions and interfaces on the Salesforce platform. - Utilize Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API for seamless integrations. - Extensive experience using VisualForce, Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic solutions. - **Technical Leadership & Mentorship**: - Manage a team of Developers, Consultants, and Analysts. - Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day direction. - Assist in staffing consultants on client projects and support their career aspirations. - **Project Management & Delivery**: - Lead the development and delivery of enterprise-level Salesforce applications. - Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, adhering to best practices. - Design and optimize business processes and integrate across disparate systems. Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge Required: - **Education & Experience**: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of project experience in technical leadership. - Minimum 4 years of Salesforce experience in development or configuration. - Enterprise consulting experience with major technology programs. - **Professional/Technical Skills**: - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices using Apex and Visualforce. - Proficiency in Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API. - Strong understanding of Lightning Components and modern Salesforce development technologies.
