Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expert (SME): Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP , guiding the technical design and delivery of solutions. Team Collaboration & Leadership: Lead and manage a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality solutions. Take responsibility for key team decisions and ensure the successful execution of project goals. Work closely with both technical and non-technical teams, providing direction and expertise. Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet client requirements and provide a strong value proposition. Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless functionality. Technical Guidance & Expertise: Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring the solutions delivered align with best practices and maintain technical integrity. Ensure the quality and reliability of the solutions, performing regular checks to uphold the standards. Business Case & Value Proposition: Collaborate with the Sales and Pursuit teams to shape and finalize a solution that aligns with the client's business case. Help craft a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client's value proposition and meets their strategic needs. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technical concepts, including system design, customization, and integration. Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution design and implementation, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs. Good-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration, delivery, and automation. Experience in system integration with third-party platforms to enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP functionality. Key Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environment and associated technologies. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP . Strong understanding of system architecture and the ability to optimize existing solutions for efficiency.
