Soldering Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Soldering Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and inspecting electronic components and circuit boards to ensure high-quality standards and functionality. This role requires precision, patience, and a strong understanding of electronic assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards).
• Inspect solder joints for quality and compliance with IPC standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Operate soldering equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Conduct rework and repair of defective assemblies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve assembly issues.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics is a plus.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in soldering or electronic assembly.
• Proficiency in using soldering irons, microscopes, and other hand tools.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards (preferred).
• Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
