Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales Employee for an on-site role based in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting Solar Radian’s rooftop solar solutions, and guiding clients through the sales process. Key responsibilities include conducting client consultations, educating customers on our offerings, preparing customized plans, assisting with subsidy and financing options, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Sales Employee will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and optimal client satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience in sales, client relationship management, and customer engagement Basic understanding of renewable energy solutions, solar technologies, and market trends Strong presentation, lead generation, and follow-up skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team effectively Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Previous experience in the renewable energy or related sector is a plus
