Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Saket, New Delhi for a Soil Research Associate – R&D and Lab Operations. The Soil Research Associate will be responsible for conducting soil sample analysis, developing new testing methods, monitoring lab operations, maintaining laboratory equipment, and documenting findings. The role involves collaboration with the R&D team to innovate and improve soil health solutions. Qualifications Strong knowledge of soil science, chemistry, and agricultural practices Experience in laboratory operations, including handling and maintenance of lab equipment Proficiency in recording and analyzing data, and reporting findings accurately Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with the R&D team Master's degree in Soil Science, Soil chemisty or a related field Experience in the agricultural technology sector is a plus Effective communication skills.
