Software Trainer Cum Developer

You will be joining a dynamic and self-motivated team as a Software Trainer cum Developer. Your role will involve developing software applications and training individuals or teams on various programming languages, tools, and technologies. This dual role requires a passion for both software development and teaching, along with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners of all levels. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications based on client requirements. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern programming practices. - Participate in code reviews and debugging sessions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Maintain documentation of development processes, code, and user manuals. As a Software Trainer, you will: - Deliver high-quality training sessions on programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.), frameworks, and development tools. - Create training materials, manuals, and hands-on exercises. - Assess training needs and adapt content to suit different learning styles and skill levels. - Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions (online or in-person). - Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Prior experience in delivering technical training is highly desirable. - Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#). - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
