Software Tester (Python)

You will be responsible for ensuring product quality through manual, automation, and performance testing as a Software Tester. Collaborating with developers, project managers, and QA peers is crucial as you explore AI-driven testing approaches to enhance our QA practices. Key Responsibilities: - Attend client meetings to gather and understand testing needs, translating them into structured test plans and cases. - Execute functional, UI, smoke, sanity, and exploratory tests, performing validations across different environments. - Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and TestNG, integrating them into CI pipelines. - Log, track, and retest bugs using tools like Zoho BugTracker or Jira, ensuring clear status updates and proper defect lifecycle management. - Research and experiment with AI tools to streamline testing processes and suggest areas for AI testing implementation. - Sync daily with team members during stand-ups, actively reporting blockers, coverage updates, and test progress. - Compile dashboards and reports reflecting test progress, automation coverage, defect trends, and potential risks.
