Solution Architect / Solution Consultant
Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Solution Consultant to lead the design and development of business and technology solutions. The role involves working closely with account teams, delivery teams, service lines, and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business challenges, objectives, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with account, delivery, service line, and technology teams to develop integrated solutions.
- Lead solution strategy and architecture discussions to define the appropriate solution approach.
- Drive solution design and contribute to proposals, presentations, and client discussions.
- Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the solution development process.
- Clearly articulate solution capabilities, value propositions, and technical approaches to business and technical stakeholders.
- Support stakeholder reviews and address solution-related questions during the proposal and pre-sales lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Solution Architecture, Solution Consulting, or Pre-Sales Solutioning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Strong understanding of both business requirements and technology solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable solution architectures.
- Experience supporting solution proposals and architecture discussions.
