Software Quality Senior Engineer

Role Overview: You will be joining Archer as a Software Quality Senior Engineer for their modern SaaS product Archer Engage. As part of a highly motivated team, you will be responsible for manual and automated testing, contributing to the test automation framework, and ensuring the quality of the product through various testing methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Author test plans, execute test cases, and testing methodology for both manual and automated tests. - Understand and adhere to delivery/quality targets set during regression and testing phase. - Contribute to the test automation framework through coding/programming knowledge. - Develop new test methodologies, processes, and contribute to organizational goals. - Maintain a test environment and troubleshoot issues with functional & domain knowledge. - Collaborate effectively within the team and across other cross-functional teams. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on expertise in QE planning and testing. - 2-3 years of hands-on expertise in test automation (UI and API) with tools like Playwright, Test Caf, BDD Protractor, Postman, Java. - Good exposure to testing Web-based applications. - Ability to understand requirements and provide effective test artifacts and solutions. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Familiarity with Agile Scrum/SAFE Agile development methodologies.
