Software Quality Assurance (Entry level)

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for participating in requirements review and understanding new feature development. You will assist in designing, implementing, and executing test cases for new and existing features. Collaborating with the software engineering team on QA/Testing topics is a key aspect of this role. Your main duty will be to perform platform testing to uncover flaws within the interface and update the testing procedure to provide better testing coverage and user experience. It is essential to analyze business requirements and fully understand allocated tasks by asking all the right questions to ensure the task is fully groomed. Writing a significant number of test cases, finding bugs, and contributing to quality projects, including automation of test cases with a focus on feature releases, are crucial responsibilities. You will actively participate in agile meetings with product management and the development team, where clear communication of technical concepts/issues to internal stakeholders is necessary. You must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, along with a good understanding of Testing concepts. Hands-on experience in Mobile Apps (Android + iOS) or Web or API testing is required. Proficiency in writing a variety of in-depth test cases and using Test Management tools like JIRA and TestRail is mandatory. Experience with Tools like Web Console Logs, Android Studio, Postman, Charles, or Swagger, as well as exposure to working in an Agile/Scrum development process, are expected.
