As a Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the customer s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.

You will:

• Actively engaged andtakethe leadin next gen platform development,definingand shapingfuture HW platform.
• Responsible for the development of Storage Array Platform software.
• Responsibilities include implementation anddebugof OS, device driver, applications.
• Collaborate with many cross functional and across geoengineers.
• Keep followingthe latesttechnical trends (AI/ML/Cloud/Edge/etc.) andcanadapt tonew technologiesquickly.

Essential Requirements

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in computer science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering or similar.8+years of industry experience in Intel X86 system development.
• Proficient in C/C++, familiar with scripting languages like Python//Perl/Shell.Familiarwith Linux kernel, Linux driver, File system,designand architecture.
• Linux configuration,installation, package maintenanceandWorking experience with Device Driver development.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve technical problems, hands-on in debugging kernel/user space issues.Familiarity oftools likegdb,kdbisamust
• Ability to ramp up quickly on SW/HW architectures and CI/CD environments,Jenkins build system,Makefileexposure

Desirable Requirements

• Has displayed innovation in his career and has patents filed.Preferably exposure onHW platform testing (CPU, Memory, PCIe); HWcomponenttrouble shooting, integration; OS installation & upgrade.
• Knowledge and expertise in Storage protocols (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI/FC, SAS,NVMe, PCIe), storage technologies (SAN, NAS, RAID), networking, clustering.
