Software Engineer(PHP & Mendix)

You are an experienced and enthusiastic Mendix Developer with a strong foundation in Low Code/No Code platforms. You have real-world experience in Mendix development, strong skills in PHP and SQL, and a passion for agile methodologies and continuous improvement in product development. Your key responsibilities will include leading and contributing during the inception phase of projects by gathering requirements, suggesting suitable technologies, and planning releases. You will design, implement, and maintain applications using the Mendix platform and related technologies (PHP/SQL). Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into application features is also a crucial part of your role. It is essential for you to actively research and stay updated on current software trends to drive innovation, design, implement, and support scalable, cloud-based solutions and applications, and evaluate and reuse components from existing applications while reprogramming, updating, and adding features as necessary. Drafting documentation to represent applications and processes clearly, ensuring continuous maintenance and improvement of applications, and promoting and upholding agile development principles and methodologies are also key responsibilities. Collaboration with a cross-functional, international team for effective development and delivery, as well as promoting robust testing practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code, are important aspects of your role. You must have hands-on experience in Low Code/No Code platforms, specifically Mendix, along with strong knowledge of browsers and web technologies, proficiency in PHP and SQL, proven experience in new product development and agile environments, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team across multiple geographies.,
