Software Engineer(PHP)

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CakePHP, or CodeIgniter. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services to enhance the functionality of the web applications. - Optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience. - Working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB for efficient data management. - Collaborating with designers, frontend developers, and project teams to ensure smooth development workflows. - Writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices. - Conducting code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization to deliver high-quality solutions. - Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in PHP development. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong proficiency in PHP and PHP frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or CakePHP. - Proficiency in relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar. - Strong understanding of RESTful API development and authentication protocols like OAuth and JWT. - Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services offered by AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Experience with version control systems like Git, GitHub, or GitLab. - Understanding of server-side performance optimization and caching techniques. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Experience with Vue.js or React.js and modern frontend development would be an added advantage.
