Software Engineer(NodeJS/Python/Java)

Job Description You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience building backend systems using Python, Java, or JavaScript (Node.js) and have at least one production-deployed project. You possess a strong understanding of REST API design, data modeling, and backend architecture. Proficiency with version control (Git), testing, and maintainable coding is a must. You are familiar with authentication mechanisms (e.g., JWT), API security, and performance optimization. Additionally, you have the ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage timelines effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills are key, and experience with cloud services (AWS preferred) is required. AWS Certified Developers (Associate level or above) are prioritized. Prior experience in financial or data-heavy systems is a plus. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reliable APIs and backend services. - Collaborate with product and frontend teams to translate business and user needs into scalable technical solutions. - Define database schemas and overall system architecture based on requirements. - Write clean, well-documented, and convention-aligned code. - Integrate backend with third-party APIs and external systems. - Ensure backend systems are reliable, secure, and performant. - Contribute to technical decision-making and help refine development processes.
