Software Engineer Senior - Connex HP developer

As a Connex Developer at FIS, you will be part of a dynamic team working on challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology. We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team located in Chennai, Bangalore, or Gurgaon. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the 23 Connex switch instances on HP NonStop systems, which process 2.3 billion card transactions per month for FIS. Your role will involve providing support, analyzing and coding new changes, and resolving production issues that arise. Your key responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, implementing, and supporting applications software within specified timelines and budget constraints. You will collaborate with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions that align with business and IT strategies. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5-10 years of overall experience with 5+ years of development experience in Connex on HP. Hands-on experience with SCOBOL, Tandem, and Non-Stop SQL is essential. Proficiency in build tools such as Bit Bucket, SVN, GIT, Maven, and strong analytical skills are also required. Additionally, organizational and time management skills are crucial for handling multiple priorities effectively.
