Software Engineer (SE)

Role Overview: You will be a Mid-Level Developer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in software development. Your main responsibilities will include contributing to the design and development of scalable software solutions, writing clean and functional code, performing thorough testing, addressing bugs, and resolving coding issues promptly. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and Scrum practices will be vital in driving projects forward. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, user guides, and departmental procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the design and development of scalable software solutions. - Write clean, functional code across both the front-end and back-end. - Perform thorough testing, promptly addressing bugs, and resolving coding issues. - Work with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, using Agile methodologies and Scrum practices to drive projects forward. - Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and departmental procedures. Qualification Required: - 5 to 8 years of experience in software development. - Strong expertise in Java and Java Enterprise Edition. - Skilled in Spring Framework, including dependency injection and aspect-oriented programming. - Experienced in designing and deploying microservices-based architectures. - Proficiency in Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) and cloud computing principles. - Ability to design, implement, and maintain SOAP and RESTful APIs. - Experience with Oracle databases, including query writing, stored procedures, and performance optimization. - Experience with Angular for building dynamic web applications is preferred. - Familiarity with Apache Kafka for distributed messaging systems is a plus. - Exposure to MongoDB, a NoSQL database, is advantageous. - Experience with BDD methodologies to ensure software aligns with business requirements is desirable.,
