Software Engineer Intern, AI Agents

Role Overview: Asha Health is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join the engineering team in the Bangalore office. As an all-rounder with exceptional backend engineering skills, you will work on building state-of-the-art AI agents and contribute to developing a cutting-edge multimodal, multi-agent suite. The role involves collaborating with senior engineers to enhance reliability and performance through innovative engineering techniques. Key Responsibilities: - Develop AI agents with a focus on reliability and performance, utilizing cutting-edge technologies. - Design and implement scalable architecture for web applications, with a predominant focus on backend engineering (80%) and some frontend development (20%). - Architect data annotation, fine-tuning, and RLHF workflows to support the AI agents. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and ensure the agents remain at the forefront of technological advancements. Qualifications Required: - No specific AI experience is necessary for this role, although candidates with AI background are preferred. - Previous experience as a founding engineer at an early-stage startup or as a Senior Software Engineer at a Series A or B startup is advantageous. - Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving requirements.
