Process Overview*

Workplace Benefits – Plan Sponsor Reporting is part of the Wealth Management Technology organization and supports critical applications and capabilities across retirement, equity awards and workplace benefit solutions, enabling services for Plan Sponsors, participants and business users. The portfolio includes reporting capabilities across Defined Contribution (DC), Equity and Non-Qualified (NQ) platforms, with MicroStrategy and Business Objects-based reporting supporting a broad range of Plan Sponsor needs. The broader technology roadmap focuses on continued platform modernization, reporting optimization, operational stability and improved customer experience.

Job Description*

Individuals will be working as a mid-level developer using .NET/ Java, Angular, and emerging skills in UI and middle tier developer for Financial Planning applications in Wealth Management domain. He /She will be involved in development and maintenance activities as per Bank of America standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Work leads to develop code as per the project need and timelines
• Participate in dev review of design document and raise dev queries to relevant stakeholder
• Be hands on projects using various .NET skills as listed in the mandatory skills.
• Work with other teams as required for integration of code and fix the integration defects
• Create design specifications and Unit tests
• Maintain existing software systems as required
• Ability to learn new technologies and processes
