Software Engineer - Front End / Full Stack

Job Description: You will operate as a velocity-driven front-end builder at xdge AI, focusing on rapidly shipping user-facing experiences that are both magical and robust. Utilizing AI-powered tools, you will significantly accelerate development speed by writing, refactoring, and testing code at a pace that sets the bar for the rest of the team. Your responsibilities will include owning end-to-end implementation across React and emerging front-end technologies such as React Native and Electron. You will work closely with founders and technical leads to drive architectural decisions that prioritize momentum and resilience over theoretical perfection. In this role, you are expected to push a culture of relentless speed and experimentation, redefining what fast means for the team. As a candidate for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possess equivalent work experience. A minimum of 2 years of professional software development experience with web-based technologies is required. You must demonstrate critical ability to vibe-code using AI-based tools/IDEs, strong communication skills for remote-team collaboration, and expertise in front-end development, particularly in React. Experience or familiarity with React Native and Electron is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of software design principles and design patterns. Proficiency in using GIT version control system, knowledge of Relational databases/NoSQL databases, and the ability to leverage AI pair programming to ship features at an accelerated rate are also essential.
