Role Overview: You will be working as an Engineer at Omnissa, focusing on product features engineering design, coding, review, testing, and automating functional dev tests. Your role will involve working across application layers and distributed systems to implement models for SaaS-based security. You will collaborate with backend and frontend teams, infrastructure, and domain teams to address challenging problems and assist customers with escalations. Additionally, you will engage with a team of passionate individuals with a startup mindset, participate in technical design discussions, and prioritize customer focus to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Design product features, engineer coding, review, test, and automate functional dev tests - Implement models for SaaS-based security across application layers and distributed systems - Collaborate with backend, frontend, infrastructure, and domain teams - Assist customers in resolving escalations and prioritize customer satisfaction - Participate in technical design discussions and ensure high-quality solutions are delivered - Operate with a service ownership mindset in a DevOps mode for automation, quality, CI/CD, logging, and monitoring of services Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field - Proficiency in C# & .NET Framework with 5 to 8 years of experience - Experience with object-oriented design and multi-threaded programming - Knowledge of Windows OS and Systems-level programming - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills - Demonstrable knowledge of large-scale deployments in enterprise technology environments - Familiarity with client-server development, WinUI, and REST APIs using .Net - Ability to write quality code, unit tests, integration tests using mocking/instrumentation Additional Company Details: Today's workplace is becoming increasingly mobile, requiring access to desktops and corporate information from various devices and locations.
