Software Engineer (C++)

As a Senior Software Engineer at Graviton Research Capital LLP, Gurgaon, you will be a part of the Core Technology team working on cutting-edge technologies to develop a high-frequency automated trading system. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing a system that trades on multiple exchanges - Creating live reporting and administration tools for the trading system - Optimizing performance and reducing latency through algorithm research - Taking end-to-end ownership of modules, from design to deployment - Contributing to team growth through involvement in the hiring process The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - A degree in Computer Science - 3-5 years of experience with C/C++ and object-oriented programming - Prior experience in the HFT industry - Strong expertise in algorithms and data structures - Excellent problem-solving skills - Effective communication skills - Working knowledge of Linux systems Additional qualifications that would be a plus include: - Understanding of TCP/IP and Ethernet - Knowledge of other programming languages such as Java, Scala, Python, bash, Lisp, etc. - Familiarity with parallel programming models and algorithms - Experience with big data environments like Hadoop, Spark, etc. At Graviton Research Capital LLP, you will enjoy a collaborative work culture that encourages innovation and experimentation.
