Software Engineer - Associate - Human Capital Management - Bengaluru

You will be responsible for building web-based applications with the aim to simplify the user experience. Your role will involve analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and providing support for enterprise applications and batch software solutions. Understanding business needs will be crucial as you facilitate and develop process workflow, data requirements, and specifications essential for implementation. Additionally, you will participate in technical specifications, high level/detailed design, test, and implementation plans. Supporting users in issue resolution by troubleshooting, offering workarounds, or escalating to technology management will be part of your duties. Knowledge and experience in Java and/or other object-oriented languages are required. A basic understanding of Web services and SOA architecture will be beneficial. You should have relational database experience, specifically with Oracle and Sybase. Hands-on experience and understanding of cloud infrastructure like AWS will be an advantage.
