You will apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Your role will involve leading software development projects and ensuring their successful completion. Roles & Responsibilities:- Test Strategy & Architecture:Define and implement a comprehensive system test strategy for ADAS features, covering functional, performance, and safety validation.-Test Framework Development:Design and oversee test automation frameworks, simulation environments, and hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) systems for ADAS validation.-System Validation & Compliance:Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), ASPICE, SOTIF (ISO 21448), and other relevant automotive standards through rigorous system testing.-Cross-functional Leadership:Collaborate with software, hardware, safety, and integration teams to align testing requirements and resolve system issues.-Test Execution & Reporting:Oversee test execution, defect tracking, root cause analysis, and reporting to drive continuous improvements in ADAS systems.-Supplier & Toolchain Management:Evaluate and integrate third-party test tools, suppliers, and validation partners to enhance testing capabilities.-Innovation & Best Practices:Stay ahead of industry trends, adopt AI/ML-based testing techniques, and optimize test methodologies to improve efficiency.-Team Management:Lead and mentor a team of system test engineers, driving excellence in ADAS validation and ensuring alignment with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.-15+ years of experience in system testing, validation, and verification of ADAS or Autonomous Driving solutions.-Strong understanding of sensor technologies (LiDAR, Radar, Camera, Ultrasonic) and their validation methodologies.-Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, HiL, SiL, and DiL environments.-Expertise in automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, AUTOSAR, etc.).-In-depth knowledge of ISO 26262, ASPICE, and SOTIF for system safety validation.-Proficiency in Python, C++, MATLAB, or other scripting languages for test automation.-Experience in cloud-based simulation and AI-driven testing approaches is a plus.-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Certifications:-ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or equivalent certification.-SAFe or Agile Certification is an added advantage. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Automotive Mobility Services & Connected Vehicles.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
