Software Development Lead

Role Overview: As a Software Development Lead in IFS Enterprise Asset Management, you will work independently to analyze, develop, implement, and customize software within the IFS Enterprise Asset Management system. Your role will involve handling complex development tasks, mentoring less experienced resources, providing technical training, and utilizing your industry experience to advise and guide project teams to ensure project deliverables are met. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop software based on functional and technical requirements. - Act as a Technical Expert for IFS Customers through direct engagement. - Configure the IFS Enterprise Asset Management system according to Customer requirements. - Ensure product performance and maintainability by following IFS standards, guidelines, processes, and tools. - Conduct code audits, provide improvement suggestions on source code, and work as a lead developer in project teams. - Communicate effectively with requirement owners and stakeholders, be familiar with integration technologies and standards, and provide technical training to peers and customers as required. Qualifications Required: - Experience with developing IFS EAM Configurations, Reports, Integrations, Mobile, and Modifications. - Proficiency in Agile development methodologies, integration platforms, relational databases, client-server architecture, C#, SQL, XML, and creating database models. - Familiarity with IFS Enterprise Asset Management Applications. - Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills. - Ability to manage a team effectively. - B.Tech/master's degree in computer science/engineering. - IFS Certified Professional is a plus.
