Job Description

As a Duck Creek Developer at our company, you will be a part of a dynamic team based in India, contributing to the development and enhancement of applications in Policy, Billing, and Claims domains. Your role will involve driving innovation and efficiency in insurance technology. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop applications on the Duck Creek Policy platform, with a focus on Rating, Pages, Forms, and Integrations as a Policy Developer. - Build and configure billing applications, conduct technical reviews, and provide solutions to meet business requirements as a Billing Developer. - Design and build insurance products, perform coding, unit testing, and integrate with third-party systems in the Claims Center as a Claims Developer. **Qualifications Required:** - 4 to 12 years of experience in Duck Creek development across Policy, Billing, or Claims. - Proficiency in XML transformations (XPath, XSLT, XQuery), Microsoft SQL Server, and C# development. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle. This role will require competencies in Adaptability, Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking, Critical Thinking, and Policy Development. Strong skills in Verbal Communication, Business Understanding, and Information Technology Assessment will be essential for success in this position.
