As a Software Developer specializing in IPO Process Support, your role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining Windows and Web-based applications used in the IPO lifecycle. You will be responsible for supporting mission-critical IPO processing applications, collaborating with business analysts and operations teams to gather requirements, and translating them into technical solutions. Your expertise in VB.NET (Windows Applications), VB 6.0, C#, ASP.NET, and Oracle database tools will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications within tight deadlines and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, and maintain Windows and Web-based applications used in the IPO lifecycle. - Support mission-critical IPO processing applications with tight deadlines and regulatory compliance. - Collaborate with business analysts and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Write and optimize Oracle SQL queries; handle data import/export using Oracle SQL Loader. - Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs, performance issues, and production incidents. - Participate in deployment, version control, and configuration management activities. - (Optional) Assist in modernizing legacy applications using Angular and .NET Core. Technical Skills Required: Languages & Frameworks: - Strong experience in VB.NET (Windows Applications) - Proficiency in VB 6.0, C#, ASP.NET - Exposure to .NET Core (Optional but preferred) - Familiarity with Angular (Optional) Database: - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle databases - Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL Loader Tools: - Visual Studio, TFS/Git, SQL Developer - Experience in using debugging and performance profiling tools Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience working in financial services, especially in IPO or capital markets processes is a strong advantage. - Good understanding of IPO workflows, SEBI regulations, or registrar systems is a bonus. - Ability to manage time effectively and work independently under tight deadlines.
