Software Developer 2

We are looking for a Senior Developer / SD-II to join the TAL India Software Development Team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET development, debugging, OOP, LINQ, ORM, and software development practices, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with technical leads and US-based teams.

Experience

• 4–8 years of relevant software development experience

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech/BE in Computer Science preferred
• B.Tech/BE in IT or Electronics may also be considered
• MCA candidates are eligible
• Not eligible: Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, B.Sc., or BCA

Key Responsibilities

Individual Contribution – 80%

• Independently develop and maintain software applications.
• Work on project development, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
• Complete assigned technical tasks with minimal supervision from the Technical Lead.
• Write secure, robust, and exception-free code.

Collaboration & Technical Activities – 20%

• Work with the Technical Lead on requirement analysis.
• Contribute to design and architecture discussions.
• Prepare and maintain development documentation.
• Work on CI/CD pipelines and software installers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and US-based teams.
