Job Description

Responsibilities for the Soft Skills Product Intern Research and curate content for various soft skills assessments (e.g., leadership, communication, empathy). Analyze market trends to identify gaps and areas for new features. Test and validate assessment tools to ensure usability and reliability. Assist in creating reports for client feedback. Support post-launch activities like collecting and analyzing user reviews. Skills: Strong understanding of behavioral skills like teamwork, leadership, and adaptability. Research and analytical skills to identify key soft skills trends. Basic knowledge of psychometric assessments and frameworks. Good presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
