Social Media Strategist- Senior Associate/ Manager

Your primary responsibilities will include: Creative Leadership: - Taking charge of creative tasks for different brands, including campaign planning, ideation, script writing, and copywriting. Collaboration and New Business Ideation: - Working in tandem with the New Business team to contribute innovative ideas and create compelling materials for client pitches. - Presenting comprehensive creative strategies and scripts to clients for campaigns. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: - Daily coordination with the Integrated Solutions Team to align on tasks ranging from daily posts to annual campaign strategies. - Providing visual guidance to the graphic design team based on your creative concepts. Efficient Process Management: - Breaking down briefs for junior creatives to streamline the creative workflow. - Setting and adhering to realistic timelines that balance creativity, precision, and client objectives. Active Involvement in Production: - Maintaining a hands-on approach throughout the production process to ensure high-quality deliverables for events, shoots, social media posts, and other creative outputs. Thorough Research and Industry Awareness: - Conducting thorough research on brands, competitors, and target audiences to ensure a deep understanding of brand requirements. - Staying updated on industry trends, news, and online developments to bring fresh perspectives to our creative work.
