Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop social media strategies and monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan and execute engaging campaigns to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Write compelling captions, copy, headlines, and campaign content.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams for campaign execution.
• Review and proofread content to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and queries, and build online communities.
• Track social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare regular reports.
• Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and platform updates.
• Handle client communication, feedback, and content approvals.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience managing social media accounts for multiple clients.
• Previous experience working with a digital marketing or advertising agency is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English.
• Strong client management, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
