Social Media Specialist

Macrosense Design Studio, a unit of Macrosense Group, is looking for creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executives and Interns to join our team at Sector 36, Noida. You will plan, create, and post content that shows the quality of our projects, from construction sites to finished interiors and elevations. Freshers are welcome. Strong performers may get a full-time offer or a growth role.

Urgent hiring: immediate joiners preferred. Interview and selection within 3 days.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and schedule daily posts, reels, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

- Write captions, hooks, hashtags, and short scripts for reels

- Create simple designs and post creatives using Canva

- Coordinate with the videographer team to plan shoots and deliver content on time

- Reply to comments and DMs and pass leads to the sales team

- Track post performance (reach, views, engagement) and share weekly updates

- Research trending reels, audios, and competitor content in real estate and design

Requirements:

- Freshers or 0-2 years of experience in social media

- Good written English and Hindi

- Basic knowledge of Instagram and Facebook (reels, stories, posting)

- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools

- Creative mindset and attention to detail

- Own social media page or sample work is a plus

- Able to work from our Sector 36, Noida office

Good to have:

- Interest in real estate, construction, or interior design content

- Basic video editing skills
